Rocco Forte The Charles Hotel Munich

During our Christmas stay, we really enjoyed the luxurious room and the convenient location near the city center. The room was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. the hotel's proximity to popular attractions and shopping areas made it easy for us to explore the city. The staff were also friendly and helpful, making our stay even better.

There were a couple of aspects that we were not satisfied with. the bar and restaurant prices were quite high, made dining and drinking at the hotel quite expensive.

We had a great experience staying at this hotel in a very upscale, quiet area. The location was convenient and within walking distance of most attractions. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. The staff provided excellent service, making us feel like honored guests. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options. We also enjoyed the live music at the bar and the inventive cocktails. it was one of the better hotel experiences we've had recently.

The reception facility and staff could use some improvement.

The hotel is located in a great spot, just opposite a small park and within walking distance to the old town and fantastic restaurants. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with lovely window treatments and large bathrooms featuring soaking tubs and separate showers. The hotel offers great service and the staff is always happy to help. The breakfast and dinner options are outstanding, with a restaurant that you would seek out rather than just going because it's easy. The hotel also has a spa with a variety of options for relaxation.

Some aspects of the hotel could be improved.

I loved my stay at this hotel. The attention to detail was really good, especially for families with kids. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with added amenities for children. The hotel's location, right across from a park, was perfect for families. The staff was friendly and were really nice too ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast was superb, offering a wide variety of high-quality options. The hotel's restaurant and bar were both fantastic, and the pool and spa area were a great added bonus.

The staff at Rocco Forte were really good. One evening, when it was my birthday, they surprised me with a delicious black forest cake. I was touched by their thoughtfulness. the location of the hotel is perfect, close to the main train station and tourist attractions. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a beautiful pool and amenities. I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service experiences.

This hotel is a luxurious haven in a great location. the exquisite Spa & wellness centre with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and full body massage was heavenly. It was a perfect way to relax, indulge and escape stress. the treatments were of high quality, and the skilled staff catered to your every need. the sun terrace with its spectacular view and the hotel's exclusive amenities was utterly delightful.

The only minor issue was that the in-room dining has a hidden tax which was not showing on the menu. Although this was a slight inconvenience, it did not detract from the overall experience.

They surprised me with a small sweet gift in our room for my birthday, and so many staff members wished me a happy birthday throughout our stay. The room itself was beautiful, and my partner loved the heated floor in the bathroom. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the main train station. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, although some of the extra egg dishes were a bit soggy. I highly recommend this hotel for its easy luxury and warm hospitality.
